The Warri Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines & Agriculture (WACCIMA) was established in 1963 to promote and protect the interest of members and represent and express the opinions of the business community on matters relating to Trade, Industry, Mines and Agriculture. It is incorporated as non-profit making organization with its income and property applied solely for the promotion of its objectives.
The primary objective of the Chamber is to promote, support or oppose legislative or other measures affecting trade, industry, commerce and agriculture. The Chamber represents the opinion of the business community on the above matters in particular and economy as a whole. WACCIMA has remained the leading voice of the private sector through its sustained public policy advocacy, stakeholders’ engagement and trade promotion activities.
It is a member of NACCIMA and affiliated to the Federation of West Africa Chambers of Commerce (FWACC) and the International Chamber of Commerce
Today, WACCIMA has grown to a huge influential organization, widely recognized as the voice of Warri & Evirons Business. It remains a non-profit business support and networking origination that puts the needs and interest of its members and stake holders at the heart of everything it does.

OUR QUALITY POLICY
The Warri Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines & Agriculture (WACCIMA) is committed to consistently promoting business environment and value delivery to its stakeholders.
The WACCIMA is committed to the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of International Standard ISO 9001:2015 and would ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements in its operations and service delivery.
WACCIMA ensures that quality objectives are set at Corporate and Departmental levels. To effectively achieve this policy, the Chamber shall focus on the following:
- Commitment to the full implementation of the Quality Management System.
Ensure that the Quality Management System is entrenched by providing resources necessary to make it effective. - Commitment to periodic QMS audits, Management review and suggestions for continuous system improvements.
Ensure that the quality policy is reviewed for continual suitability. - Deployment of effective technologies and processes to deliver products and services that meet customers’ expectations consistently.
Maintenance of documented Quality Management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 standard and review as appropriate.
